Team Guido is hilarious. They're smug, self-centered, catty, French-speaking, wine-sipping gay guys. Think about just how stereotypical these fellows are. I wonder if they have ever bonded with John Kerry over a love of pompousness and Chianti? On top of their humor factor, Joe and Bill proved on Season 1 that they had a number of things going for them. They had a remarkable ability to bounce back from adversity, a willingness to break promises and bully when they needed to get ahead (which is what it takes to get ahead), and overwhelming tenacity. They've probably learned not to sit on Fast Forwards or lounge around sipping tea when they should be racing, and their old age will be offset by their world knowledge and efficiency.
